Job Title: Electromechanical Maintenance Manager
Key Responsibilities:
* To supervise all maintenance engineers and technicians.
* Will prepare monthly maintenance schedule
* Keep track on maintenance reports and time sheets
* Follow-up customers concerns and ensure their satisfaction
* Hands-on when needed.
* Maintaining and improving the maintenance budget
* Following safety and environmental regulations
* Assisting in regulatory training
Job Qualifications:
* 5+ years of supervisory experience
* Strong electromechanical background
* Technical knowledge of UPS systems, precision A/C equipment and
diesel generators
* Able to work under pressure and handle several customers at a time
* Experience in IT infrastructure environment
